If you book your trip with us and then find your trip available at a lower price within 24 hours after your booking is confirmed, we will refund the price difference to you.
How our price guarantee works:
Firstly, make sure that the trip - or the hotel reservation you wish to use the price guarantee for - is offered on a Swedish website that holds travel guarantee issued by Kammarkollegiet.
Every product in your Sembo booking must match the cheaper find, for example, the number of travelers, the same departure and return dates, flight times, flight numbers, additional flight services, transfers, hotels, room type with the same rules and cancellation conditions, number of rooms, and meals.
We need all information about the other offer, including a link to the relevant company where the lower price is clearly stated, and the price you ask us to match must be in the same currency.
The price you want to match must not be part of a loyalty or rewards program.
Sembo defines these offers where the customer receives a reduced price on the accommodation or from another website as a reward for repeat purchases; logging in; entering a promo code; referring other customers; or performing another action that then changes the original price.
The price must be available to the public, and Sembo must be able to book the same price without being a member or part of a loyalty program.
To take advantage of the Price Guarantee, the person listed as the main booker in the reservation must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation, as Sembo at this point has already paid the original price for parts of your booking. Therefore, we can only guarantee a price for 24 hours because some service providers such as airlines and hotels often change their prices.
Please note that the Price Guarantee can only be applied once per booking, and the Price Guarantee does not apply to bookings for flights only.

The prices on sembo.se are based on information provided by our suppliers to the databases used to search for trips. We always strive to have updated information on the website, but since this information is constantly being updated, it may sometimes happen that a trip cannot be ordered at the advertised price.
