In case of a refund, when will I get my money back?

The refund process depends on how you paid for your trip:

  • Card payment: As soon as we receive the money from our suppliers, we refund it to your original payment method. It can take 3–5 working days for the money to reach your account.

  • Invoice payment (via Lea Bank, available only for bookings from Sweden): We notify Lea Bank of the credited amount. Lea Bank will then either:

    • Contact you to request your account details for the refund, or

    • Send you an updated invoice with the corrected amount.
