In case of a refund, when will I get my money back?

This is determined by the way in which you have paid for your trip.
As soon as we receive the money from our suppliers, we make an automatic payment to the original payment method.
If you have paid by card, it can take 3-5 working days before the money reaches your account.
In the event of a refund regarding an invoice, we notify Captum of the credited amount to be refunded.
Captum will then contact you for information about the account number for the possible payment or send out an updated invoice for the current amount of the invoice.
