The refund process depends on how you paid for your trip:
Card payment: As soon as we receive the money from our suppliers, we refund it to your original payment method. It can take 3–5 working days for the money to reach your account.
Invoice payment (via Lea Bank, available only for bookings from Sweden): We notify Lea Bank of the credited amount. Lea Bank will then either:
Contact you to request your account details for the refund, or
Send you an updated invoice with the corrected amount.
