The airline has changed or cancelled my flight

Airlines sometimes change or cancel their flights. These changes are beyond our control. If your booking is affected, our flight team will contact you by email with alternatives, such as a new flight or a refund. Bookings are handled in order of departure date.
When you receive an email, please follow the instructions provided, and our team will assist you further.
We also recommend that you:
  1. Check your current flight time using the link in your booking confirmation.
  2. Make sure we have a valid email address you can access while traveling, as flight times may change even after departure.
