My booking could not be completed due to a technical issue - what does it mean?

Sometimes technical issues can occur, which means that the booking cannot be completed for some reason. (One of the reasons could for example be that the airline is updating their seats/prices in the system).
If the booking could not be completed due to a technical issue, we advise you to make a new booking, with preferably another airline, or dates.
If no booking has been made, but the amount has been reserved, the reservation will automatically be released shortly (approximately 3 business days). If no amount is visible for you - we kindly refer you to take contact with your bank.
