When do I need to check in?

You will find the time for check-in and checkout of the accommodation you have booked on your travel documents. Sembo can only guarantee arrival on given times. When arriving at other times than those listed on your travel documents, you must arrange this directly with the reception/key office. If you are delayed, please contact reception/key office to inform them of the delay.
In cases of considerable delay, there is a risk that you will not have access to your apartment/your room until the next day (it sometimes happens that it is closed on Sunday). In such cases, additional overnight will be on your expense.
