Who can contact Sembo about the booking?

For our customers' protection, it has to be the person who has completed the booking, who can contact Sembo for changes, requests or cancellation of a booking. It cannot be one of the fellow travellers, or a 3rd person, who contacts us, unless we have had previous authorisation from the customer who has booked, to talk to someone else.
