You must make the cancellation by email and the cancellation is always confirmed by Sembo via email.
Cancellation Insurance
In case of cancellation, you always pay the full cancellation charge. When Sembo has received the approved medical certificate, the cost of the trip will be refunded, except for 5 % deductible and any booking and postage fees. Medical certificates must be issued on a special form. The completed form must reach Sembo no later than 14 days after the cancellation date. Send medical certificate to: uk-sembo@sembo.com
