Can I purchase a rebookable ticket?

Yes, Sembo's product Rebookable flight ticket can be selected and paid for when you make your booking. A rebookable ticket cannot be added after a booking has been created.
This product enables rebooking according to availability on the flights. The new trip must be completed within one year of the original booking date.

This service is Sembo's own product, which means that the flight ticket may not be rebookable according to the airline's rules. Any changes must therefore be made via our flight department.

When rebooking your flight, you must contact our flight department by e-mail. The change must be made during flight department opening hours, non-holiday weekdays 9am-3pm (Swedish time) and at least 48 hours before the original departure date.

If there is a difference in fare or taxes, then this will be paid by the customer.
Name changes and corrections are not included in this service.
The departure and arrival destinations cannot be changed.
Changes can only be made with the same airline as originally.
You can not add a "stop over".
You can only use this service once.
After outbound departure, this service may no longer be used.
Upon cancellation, the amount paid for this service is non refundable.
The passenger is responsible for any additional services such as luggage and seat reservations signed with Sembo or the airline.
If the passenger is absent from any of the flights, then the rebookable ticket service is no longer valid.
All communication regarding change in flights is done through e-mail, the main passenger is responsible for confirming the change.
Sembo will not make any changes in the original reservation without the main passenger's written approval.
