Your flight is delayed or cancelled

If the airline cancels your flight within 14 days before departure, or you experience significant delays (more than three hours), you may be entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. Whether you are entitled to compensation depends on various factors such as the reason the flight was canceled or delayed, the route and the airline you are traveling with. It can sometimes be quite difficult to get compensation.
