If you have special requests regarding the accommodation, they must be indicated when booking. It may be, for example, that you want a room close to your fellow travellers, have a view in a certain direction or a room on the top floor. We will pass your requests forward to your destination/accommodation, but we can never guarantee that they will be fulfilled.
A tip is that a few days before arrival, you can take contact with the reception or key office and remind them of your requests, which will increase your chance of having your requests met.
